SOGIF – Strategic Opportunities Growth & Income Fund is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to shape the performance of a growing commercial property portfolio. You will join a team managing 17 properties across multiple states, responsible for strategic asset management and hands-on building oversight.
Reporting to the Commercial Property Manager, you’ll drive lifecycle planning, capital forecasting, and portfolio reporting while coordinating with contractors and service providers.
