Workforce Extensions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a busy logistics and warehousing operation on the floor, directing a team of 30–40 staff and driving performance across the business. You will own daily warehouse and logistics performance, drive efficiency, implement current ERP systems and champion continuous improvement in stock control and processes.
This hands‑on role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
