As a Club Services Supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth operation of the Club during your shift. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, working with people and helping deliver a consistently high standard of service across a busy registered club environment. Working closely with the management team, you will assist with the day-to-day supervision of staff across restaurants, bars, gaming, and member service areas, while ensuring Club procedures, service standards and responsible service requirements are consistently maintained.

Key responsibilities
n
Supervising and supporting frontline staff during daily operations
n
Providing hands-on assistance across restaurant, bar, gaming and member service areas
n
Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained
n
Allocating staff and coordinating breaks and operational requirements during shifts
n
Supporting Club Managers with the day-to-day running of the Club
n
Ensuring staff follow Club policies, procedures and service standards
n
Monitoring presentation, cleanliness and readiness of operational areas
n
Assisting with cash handling,
reconciliations and gaming-related procedures
n
Responding to member and guest enquiries and resolving service issues
n
Supporting the implementation of Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Conduct of Gambling requirements
n
About you
n
Previous supervisory experience within a registered club, hotel, hospitality or similar environment
n
Robust customer service and communication skills
n
Confidence supervising and directing staff
n
A practical, hands-on approach to leadership
n
The ability to make decisions and resolve issues calmly
n
Good organisational and time-management skills
n
A strong understanding of the importance of following workplace policies and procedures
n
Experience in bar and gaming operations
n
Current NSW RSA and ARCG competencies
n
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
