Due to an internal promotion, we're excited to be looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. This newly created role is a great prospect for someone with around 1–2 years' experience who's keen to build strong commercial finance skills in a supportive environment.
n
In this role, you'll provide support to our three Business Unit Controllers in month-end close, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis activities. We're looking for someone with a solid analytical foundation who's comfortable working with data and communicating insights across the business.

About the role
n
n
- Preparing business unit P&L; packs, dashboards and management commentary
n
- Assisting with product margin analysis, pricing reviews and tracking commercial investments
n
- Supporting BU cost control, accrual management and forecast integrity
n
- Performing routine reconciliations and validation checks to ensure data quality and compliance
n
- Owning recurring finance tasks such as accruals, journals, allocations, adjustments and reporting cycles
n
- Actively streamlining, automating and improving recurring finance processes using modern data and automation tools
n
- Maintaining templates, documentation and standard operating procedures
n
- Coordinating data flows and offshoring partner deliverables
n
- Maintaining master data accuracy and system structure consistency
n
- Building and maintaining automated reporting and analysis solutions using tools such as Power Query, Power BI, SQL, VBA and Power Automate
n

About you
n
n
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
n
- 1–3 years' experience in commercial finance, FP&A;, accounting or a similar role
n
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and advanced Excel capability
n
- Exposure to reporting automation, reconciliations and business unit-level finance processes (highly regarded)
n
- Demonstrated ability in improving workflows through data, systems and automation
n
- Clear communication skills, and a strong focus on teamwork
n
- Hands‐on experience with, or strong exposure to, tools such as Power Query, Power BI, SQL, VBA and Power Automate
n
- A reliable, deadline-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
n
- A curious, improvement-oriented mindset
n
