Job Description

Berry Street Ballarat is seeking Stand-up Residential Care Workers for Nights to support a therapeutic residential program for children and young people in out-of-home care. Join a dedicated team in a 24/7 home to deliver trauma-informed care, develop personal skills, manage household duties, and provide nutritious meals while fostering safety and independence.

Applicants must have a minimum Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, complete mandatory upskilling units, and pass
