A leading and highly regarded real estate agency in Newcastle CBD is confidentially seeking 2–3 experienced Property Managers / Senior Property Managers to join their high-performing property management team.

The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Property Managers who are confident managing portfolios of approximately 150–200 properties and who want to work within a genuinely well-supported environment.
n
You will be responsible for managing approximately 150 - 200 properties pending your experience, with dedicated operational support allowing you to focus on your portfolio and clients rather than administration.
n
Key benefits include:

- Monday–Friday role
n
- Portfolio of approximately 150–200 properties
n
- $90,000–$110,000 package, depending on experience
n
- Work vehicle and fuel card provided, or car allowance depending on your requirements
n
- Dedicated Department Head providing leadership and support
n
- Leasing Consultants to support leasing activity
n
- Property Officers providing portfolio support
n
- Virtual Assistants to assist with administration
n
- No accounts responsibilities
n
- No expectation to generate new business
n
- Vault property management software
n
- Smart AI and leading technology integrated into the business

- Highly structured and immaculate processes and procedures
n
- Strong team environment with genuine operational support

About You
n
We are open to both Property Managers and Senior Property Managers who have proven experience managing a residential property portfolio.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
- Experience managing 120+ properties
n
- Strong residential property management experience
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- A proactive and professional approach
n
- The ability to work autonomously while being part of a supportive team
n
- A strong understanding of compliance, legislation and best-practice property management
n
- A desire to work for an agency that genuinely invests in its people, systems and technology
