About the role
n
Our client is seeking a Contracts Administrator / Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Five Dock, NSW. This is a full-time opportunity suited to a motivated construction professional looking to take the next step in their career, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience across both project management and contract administration.
n
You will play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects across NSW and Queensland, working closely with project managers, contractors, clients, and key stakeholders.
n
Key Responsibilities for the role
n
n
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects across NSW and Queensland
n
- Prepare and administer contracts, purchase orders, and other project documentation
n
- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and key deliverables
n
- Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders
n
- Identify potential issues and assist with implementing effective solutions and corrective actions
n
- Ensure projects comply with relevant legislation, regulations, contractual requirements, and company policies
n
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants,
and clients throughout the project lifecycle
n
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
n
- Provide general project management and contract administration support as required
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
- Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar construction role
n
- Relevant experience within the construction industry
n
- Robust organisational and time management skills
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
n
- Familiarity with project management software and construction systems
n
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline is highly regarded
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced project environment
n
