Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a post graduate qualification in a relevant clinical field or education post graduate qualification or a combination of education training and clinical experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
Please describe how your skills, qualifications, and experience align with the requirements of this Clinical Nurse Educator role, and how you will contribute to the successful implementation and sustainability of the Secure Staffing Initiative within the Bowral Emergency Department.
Provide an example of how you have identified learning needs and designed, implemented, and evaluated education programs or training initiatives that improved staff capability, clinical practice, or service outcomes in an acute healthcare setting.
