Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Enhanced Services across Western and Northern Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains. You will lead Youth Enhanced Support Services, Adult Mental Health Service, and related centres, ensuring accessible, recovery‑oriented care.

You will oversee multiple sites, drive performance, governance and continuous improvement, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams under the General Manager of Mental Health & Wellbeing.
