We're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing Tiny Homes team.
This isn't a high-volume transactional sales role. It's a consultative sales position where you'll guide customers through one of the most exciting purchasing decisions of their lives. Whether they're looking for a lifestyle change, an investment opportunity, or an affordable housing solution, you'll help them find the right tiny home to suit their needs.

About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their buying journey.
From the first enquiry to final purchase, you'll deliver expert advice, build trust, and provide an exceptional experience that converts enquiries into sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound enquiries via phone, email, website and social channels
- Following up warm leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Conducting showroom, display village and virtual consultations
- Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored tiny home solutions
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM
- Building strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Participating in a rotating Saturday roster
Who We're Looking For
You're a driven sales qualified who enjoys building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and closing deals.
You know how to create trust, ask the right questions, and confidently guide customers toward a solution that genuinely fits their goals.
You'll ideally bring:
- Proven success in a sales role with a track record of exceeding targets
- Experience selling high-value products or services
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Confidence managing leads and maintaining a structured sales pipeline
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivation, resilience and a results-focused mindset
- Strong CRM and computer skills
- Professional presentation and customer-first attitude
Highly Regarded Experience
Experience in any of the following industries will be highly regarded:
- Tiny homes
- Modular or residential construction
- Property or real estate
- Caravans and RVs
- Automotive
- Home improvement or renovation sales
- Any other high-ticket consultative sales environment

In your first 12 months you will:
- Build a strong pipeline from our steady flow of inbound enquiries
- Consistently convert leads into sales
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Become a trusted advisor for customers exploring alternative housing options
- Earn well above your base salary through our uncapped commission structure
