Working alongside our OSHC Director, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional care and educational experiences while fostering strong partnerships with families, educators and the wider College community.

About the Role
n
As the Educational Leader, you will work closely with the OSHC Director to support the day-to-day operation of the service and drive educational excellence. You will:
n
n
- Lead the development and implementation of engaging educational programs
n
- Guide and support educators through mentoring and coaching
n
- Promote reflective practice and continuous improvement
n
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and legislative requirements
n
- Contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan and strategic development of the service
n
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider school community
n
- Assist with operational leadership, administration and service management
n
- Act as Responsible Person in Day-to-Day Charge when required.

About You
n
You are a positive and collaborative leader who is passionate about children's learning and wellbeing. You will bring:
n
n
- Diploma in Early Childhood, School-Aged Education and Care, or equivalent
n
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place framework
n
- Previous experience in OSHC, childcare or education leadership
n
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Excellent organisational and administrative capabilities
n
- A growth mindset and passion for educational excellence
n
- A commitment to mentoring and developing others
n
- A commitment to supporting the Christian ethos and values of Redeemer Lutheran College.
n
- Current Paid Blue Card and eligibility to work in Australia.
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management qualifications
n
