Job Description

Mini Masterminds is hiring a Full Time Educational Leader (ECT) for the Bexley centre. You will mentor staff, guide curriculum under EYLF, and model best practice to support high-quality programs for children aged 0-5.

You will lead on coaching, documentation, and reflective practice, ensuring NQF/NQS compliance while building robust partnerships with families and the local community. A Bachelor in ECEC and WWCC are required, with ongoing professional development offered.
