The Role

We are seeking a Social Media Account Manager who is both creative and analytical, with a strong understanding of Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). You will manage client accounts, develop content strategies, and ensure day-to-day execution across multiple social channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a social-media-savvy professional to join our growing team and make a tangible impact.

This role is an office-based full time role

Key Responsibilities

n

- Develop content calendars, write captions, and collaborate with the creative team on visuals and video assets.
n
- Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and best practices to create content that cuts through.
n
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns including boosting, targeting, and analysing performance.
n
- Monitor, moderate, and engage with online communities to build strong brand presence.
n
- Analyse account insights, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to clients.
n




- Work collaboratively with the team to brainstorm fresh campaign ideas and creative concepts.
n
- Maintain high attention to detail across scheduling, deadlines, and reporting.
n
- Manage and grow client social media accounts across Meta, Tik Tok and other relevant platforms.

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, agencies, or businesses across various industries.
n
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Instagram best practices.
n
- Ability to or willingness to learn how to film content on a professional video camera as required
n
- Creative thinker with an eye for engaging content (photo, video, reels, stories).
n
- Ability to interpret analytics and optimise campaigns for performance.
n
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple clients/projects.
n
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable with a positive "can-do" attitude
