BFT Prahran is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to lead day-to-day operations, growth and culture across our Prahran studio, part of BFT Southside. You’ll partner with the Head Coach and owners to deliver exceptional member experiences and sustainable business results.
As a hands-on leader, you’ll inspire the team, nurture relationships with members, and ensure high standards in service, presentation and operations while driving retention and engagement across the community.
