Reporting to the Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, the Branded Content Video Producer & Editor has experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and a drive for attention to detail, deadlines and proactive communication.

As a key member of the core brand partnerships team and 1Crew, you have a passion for producing high quality content, and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. You're also eager to learn and grow with the role.

Role Overview The Branded Content Video Producer & Editor will be responsible for driving the execution and delivery of market-leading video, graphic and social integration solutions for clients. You are responsible for the strategy and implementation for end-to-end sponsored video production and workflow management. Have a can-do attitude and be able to be resourceful when it comes to sourcing props/and or shoot locations.

Responsibilities:





- Oversee production of all commercialised video content published by Finder to meet partner content objectives as well as being comfortable with clients attending shoots (in some cases)
- Collaborate with Finder's creative agency to support the production of sponsored Above The Line campaign delivery. In some cases produce these from scratch. Including but not limited to CAD approvals and dispatch.
- Facilitate creative and sellable concepts to support partner brainstorms (with niche and topic experts).
- Manage end to end production timelines across video and graphics.
- Brief internal talent for camera.
- Approve scripts and manage pre production
- Manage briefing process to ensure all details of production are included at the start of each project (video & graphics).
- Work closely with the Brand Partnerships team on video timelines and feedback loops and approvals to ensure live dates are met.
- Publish sponsored videos and graphics to social platforms; YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook once approved.
- Understanding of project management software; ideally Jira.
- Manage content production for B2B marketing material (hype-reels/deck templates/monthly round up videos for Linkedin).
- Produce video content to a high standard using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro & After Effects with Photoshop ability).
- Operate as a solo producer - shoot, light, sound, edit and graphics creation.
- Archive all finished work on the network drive and storage of raw footage.
- Maintain company owned video equipment.

Essential Requirements of the Role:

- You have experience shooting & editing videos, managing multiple projects simultaneously and a drive for attention to detail, deadlines and proactive communication.

- Preferred but not essential: Comfortable using generative AI tools to create unique client-facing videos, including Google Nano Banana Pro, Google VO, Kling, Topaz Labs, ElevenLabs, and Claude
