Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage a pipeline of hotels, resorts, and serviced apartment operators across SEQ and throughout Australia.

- Conduct Operational Housekeeping Audits to diagnose workflow gaps, labour inefficiencies, and room readiness risks.

- Convert audit findings into compelling proposals and commercial solutions.

- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service scope to secure profitable long‑term agreements.

- Develop strong relationships with General Managers, Rooms Division Managers, Asset Managers, and Strata/Building Managers.

- Collaborate with Operations to ensure capacity alignment and seamless onboarding of current contracts.

- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasting, and activity reporting.

- Represent HH Services Cleaning at industry events, supplier meetings, and site visits.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the hospitality and accommodation sector.
