We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and strategic Business Strategy Analyst to join our growing strategy team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy analyzing business performance, researching markets, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting strategic decisions with data-driven insights.

? Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and customer research to support business strategy initiatives.
- Analyze business performance, revenue trends, operational metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities for business growth, expansion, cost optimization, and operational improvement.
- Support the development and execution of business strategies and strategic initiatives.
- Build financial models, forecasts, business cases, and scenario analyses.
- Evaluate new products, services, markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and assess market positioning.
- Analyze customer behavior, market demand, pricing, and industry trends.
- Prepare management reports, strategy presentations, dashboards, and business recommendations.
- Translate complex business data into clear and actionable insights.
- Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance review activities.
- Track strategic initiatives, project milestones, KPIs, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Technology, and senior management teams.
- Support business transformation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential business outcomes.
- Monitor economic, technological, regulatory, and competitive developments affecting the business.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.




- Experience in business strategy, consulting, corporate finance, business analysis, market research, or operations is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical backgrounds, relevant internships, or academic projects are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, financial concepts, and business performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Financial modeling and business case development experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent research and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and competitive advantages.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex information.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork abilities.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English.
- MBA, CFA, ACCA, CPA, or other relevant qualifications are an advantage.
