As part of our recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend our Casual Educator Assessment Centre in Sunshine Coast on 18 September 2026. This is a fantastic prospect to learn more about Affinity Education, meet our team, and explore casual opportunities across our Centres.
Work across multiple Affinity Centres throughout Sunshine Coast and gain valuable experience in a variety of early learning environments.

What You'll Bring
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a Long Day Care setting
- Willingness to travel between centres across Sunshine Coast
- Flexibility to accept shifts, including occasional short-notice opportunities
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain one
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for early childhood education
