We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Casual School Cleaners to join our team in the Hervey Bay area .

⭐ About The Role

- Casual position averaging 20–38 hours per week
- Monday to Friday roster
- Opportunity for the role to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate
- Work within a school environment following established cleaning standards

⭐ Key Responsibilities

- Complete general cleaning duties in line with Cleanworks’ standards




- Ensure all doors in your designated area are securely locked before leaving
- Activate the alarm system upon exiting the site
- Safely store the school key issued to you
- Report any incidents to the Operations Manager immediately
- Respond to occasional unexpected cleaning needs

Requirements

- Available Monday to Friday
- Strong spoken English and clear communication skills
- WWCC and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Experience in school or commercial cleaning preferred
- Experience in periodical cleaning (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, scrubber machines) is an advantage
- Qualified, well-presented, and confident working in a school environment
- Able to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
