About the Role
n
This role involves end-to-end import and export operations, covering Sea Freight (LCL & FCL) and Airfreight. You will be a key point of contact for clients, overseas agents, and service providers, ensuring smooth and efficient shipment handling.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage the shipments (Sea & Air) from the booking to the final delivery
n
- Arrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines and overseas agents
n
- Coordinate operations, customs clearance, transport, and final delivery to clients
n
- Provide exceptional customer service and proactive shipment communication
n
- Monitor shipment progress and update tracking/status reports
n
- Respond to queries from overseas agents, suppliers, and clients
n
- Support the sales and forwarding team as required
n
- Operate daily functions using CargoWise
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
- 3 + years' experience within the freight forwarding/logistics industry
n
- Proven experience in import and export air & sea operations
n
- Solid customer service background in freight forwarding
n
- Familiarity and working knowledge of CargoWise
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and overseas agents
n
- Reliable, hard-working, and a strong team player
n
