The Opportunity
n Beach Blue Build is an established luxury residential builder delivering highly detailed, architecturally designed homes across Sydney and now Newcastle.
n With a growing Newcastle pipeline, Beach Blue is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to take ownership of a luxury residential project in Merewether and become an important part of the company's long-term Newcastle growth.
n This is not volume residential construction. Beach Blue delivers bespoke homes where quality, craftsmanship and architectural detail matter.
n The Role
n Reporting to the Director and Project Manager, you will take day-to-day ownership of the site, with responsibility for:

- Driving subcontractors and trades
n
- Managing the construction programme and sequencing
n
- Maintaining exceptional quality and finishes
n
- Planning ahead and identifying issues early
n
- Coordinating suppliers, consultants and subcontractors
n
- Maintaining site safety and organisation
n
- Updating programmes and site information
n
- Communicating regularly with the Project Manager and Director
n
- Keeping the project moving and ensuring commitments are delivered
n

You will be supported by an established Project Management, Contracts Administration, estimating and construction team, allowing you to focus on running the site and delivering the project.

About You

n

We are looking for someone who takes genuine ownership of their site and brings:

n

n
- Site Foreman experience within high-end residential construction
n
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and premium finishes
n
- Carpentry trade background, highly regarded
n




- Strong subcontractor and trade management skills
n
- Excellent programming and construction sequencing knowledge
n
- Strong communication and administration skills
n
- Experience using construction management software - Buildertrend highly desirable
n
- A reliable, accountable and proactive approach
n
- The confidence to operate autonomously and make decisions on site
n
