MediAesthetics is looking for an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Clinical Trainer & Educator, supporting, developing and inspiring our talented clinical teams across Queensland.

This is a permanent, part-time role working 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday), offering an exciting opportunity to step into a dedicated clinical education and leadership position within one of Australia's growing aesthetics networks.

About the Role

n

As our Queensland Nurse Clinical Trainer & Educator, you'll play a key role in developing the capability, confidence and clinical excellence of our Aesthetic Nurses.

n

You'll deliver education and hands‐on training, support onboarding and ongoing development, provide clinical guidance and collaborate with our Franchise Partners, National Clinical Team, Nurse Practitioners and industry leaders.

n

This is more than a training role — you'll be a clinical leader, mentor and trusted resource for our Queensland network.

Key Responsibilities

n

Clinical Education & Mentoring

n

n
- Deliver engaging in-clinic and virtual education across aesthetic procedures, clinical safety, consultation and patient communication.
n
- Support the onboarding and development of Aesthetic Nurses.
n
- Provide hands‐on coaching, mentoring and clinical feedback.
n
- Lead state-based education events in collaboration with internal teams and industry partners.
n
- Identify development opportunities and support nurses throughout their clinical growth.
n

Clinical Support

n

n
- Be a trusted clinical resource for Aesthetic Nurses across Queensland.
n
- Provide guidance and support with complex cases and clinical decision‐making.
n
- Assist with clinical troubleshooting and provide ongoing feedback and support.
n




- Partner with Nurse Practitioners and leadership to ensure consistently high standards of patient care.
n
- Help build confidence and capability across the clinical network.
n

Clinical Governance & Culture

n

n
- Promote best‐practice protocols and clinical safety standards.
n
- Contribute to clinical governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Support a culture of accountability, learning, collaboration and professional growth.
n
- Partner with leadership to continuously elevate clinical standards and patient outcomes.
n

About You

n

You're an experienced aesthetic nurse who is passionate about clinical excellence, education and developing others.

n

To be successful, you'll have:

n

n
- AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in cosmetic injecting and/or aesthetic nursing.
n
- Proven experience in education, mentoring, coaching or clinical leadership.
n
- A genuine passion for developing and supporting other nurses.
n
- A strong commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
n
- The confidence and ability to lead, influence and inspire.
n
- Additional qualifications in education, leadership or clinical practice are highly regarded.
