What You'll Be Doing

n

This is a full-cycle, solution-based sales role:

n

n
- Winning new clients and building long-term partnerships
n
- Understanding hiring needs and pitching recruitment solutions
n
- Sourcing, screening and presenting candidates
n
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
n
- Managing the process end-to-end and getting paid on results

Every placement you make, you know exactly what it's worth

Who This Suits

n

You do NOT need recruitment experience.

n

You DO need:

n

n
- Sales experience in ANY form of Business to Business(b2b)
n
- Confidence picking up the phone and speaking to people
n
- A proactive, competitive mindset
n
- Strong communication and resilience
n
- The desire to earn more and grow rapid
n

n

If you've sold:

n

n
- B2B Services such as Marketing, Telco, Insurance, IT/Tech or Recruitment, etc.
n
- Real Estate from either Commercial or Residential would also be highly desireable
n
- Any B2B Product such as Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, Mining, etc.
