Job Description

Auto & General is seeking a Partner Operations Improvement Manager to act as the operational translator between our White Label Partners and the A&G; ecosystem. You will lead partner-driven changes in the contact centres and optimise processes for efficiency and CX excellence.

This 18-month secondment role requires you to drive change across the A&G; contact centre and Qantas Sales Centre, aligning stakeholders and embedding changes with frontline staff training and engagement.
