About the Role

n

This is a local, multi-drop courier role paid at an hourly rate. The freight includes cartons and flat-packed furniture of varying sizes and weights—it is not limited to small parcels and satchels.

n

We provide trolleys, tailgate loaders and the equipment needed to move freight safely. However, the work is active and does involve regular sorting, loading, unloading and handling of freight, so you will need to be physically fit, strong and comfortable doing this throughout the day.

n

You'll be out on the road delivering freight around the Sunshine Coast.



It's hands-on and fast-paced – perfect for someone who enjoys being active and independent during the day.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Safely operating one of our delivery vehicles
n
- Accurate record keeping and paperwork
n
- Communicating clearly with clients and dispatch
n
- Loading/unloading and managing your freight and runs
n
- Keeping your vehicle clean and presentable
n
- Following road rules and company policies
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experienced courier drivers
n
- A valid driver's licence with a clean record
n
- Forklift licence preferable but not required
n
- Robust commitment to safety and compliance
n
- Sound knowledge of Sunshine Coast roads and areas
n
- Solid communication and customer service skills
n
- Physically fit – able to lift and move freight safely
n
- Honest, hardworking and motivated to do a great job
n
