We’re looking for a passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Caboolture Central Early Education Centre .

Location: Caboolture Central
Hours: Monday–Friday | Up to 38 hours per week
Pay: From $41.05/hr + Super for qualified applicants

About the Role

As a Lead Educator , you’ll have the opportunity to make your room your own — bringing your ideas, creativity and passion to life while leading and supporting your team.

You will:

- Lead engaging curriculum planning and educational programs
- Mentor, guide and support your fellow educators
- Create safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environments
- Build genuine relationships with children and families
- Support high-quality practices and regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, warmth and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Blue Card
- Strong knowledge of curriculum and educational programming
- Confidence to lead,
