About the Role

n

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house team in Yatala. Working closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll help create and maintain visual assets across our website, email marketing, ads, slide decks, and packaging. It's a great chance for someone early in their career who wants hands‐on experience across a broad range of design work in a supportive, real‐world environment.

What you'll be doing

- Website & Digital Asset Design
n
- Assist the Senior Graphic Designer in creating, editing and updating website graphics, banners, and product imagery
n
- Support the ecommerce team with on‐brand visual assets for landing pages and campaigns
n
- Resize and adapt existing assets for different placements and formats across the site
n
- Maintain organised, well‐labelled design files
n
- Assist the ecommerce team with design assets for email marketing campaigns, working to templates and brand guidelines
n
- Create graphics and creative variations for paid social ad campaigns and organic social posts
n
- Support A/B testing of ad creative by producing multiple design variations
n
- Adapt creative across different sizes and formats for various platforms (email, Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)

- Slide Deck & Presentation Design
n
- Assist with the design and formatting slide decks
n
- Help maintain consistent, on‐brand templates for decks across the business
n
- Turn rough content or briefs into clean, well‐structured presentation designs
n
- Packaging Design Support
n




- Assist the Senior Graphic Designer with packaging design and artwork updates
n
- Help prepare print‐ready files and check specifications ahead of production
n
- Support revisions and version control across packaging projects
n
- Ability to create 3D renders of products is recommended but not essential
n
- Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to understand brand guidelines and design standards
n
- Work with the Head of Ecommerce and Senior Graphic Designer to understand upcoming design needs
n
- Communicate clearly on timelines, revisions, and creative feedback
n
- Pick up ad‐hoc design requests as they arise
n
- Process & Documentation
n
- Help maintain an organised asset library and file naming conventions
n
- Support the documentation of design templates and brand guidelines for consistency across the team
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- 1‐2+ years hands‐on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
n
- A strong eye for detail, layout, and brand consistency
n
- Some experience designing for digital formats (web, email, social/ads); packaging or print experience is a plus but not essential
n
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once
n
- Values teamwork and enjoys collaborating with others on creative work
n
- Based in or able to commute to Yatala
n
