This is a varied finance role offering exposure across financial reporting, analysis, business systems and process improvement. It would suit someone with 3+ years' finance experience who is analytical, commercially minded and confident working with systems and data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

n

n
- Manage day-to-day transactional accounting including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and general accounting tasks
n
- Support month-end close activities and preparation of management reporting
n
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analysis
n
- Respond to client enquiries and liaise with clients and external stakeholders
n
- Maintain and improve reporting templates, financial processes and data quality
n
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
n
- Develop business analytics and commercial analysis across products and services
n
- Assist with the ongoing development and improvement of CRM and financial systems
n
- Develop and maintain CRM and financial systems, improving controls, invoicing efficiency, user experience and data integrity
n
- Identify opportunities for systems improvement, automation and greater business efficiency

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
n This role will suit someone with at least 3 years' experience in a finance role, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce (Accounting) or a relevant discipline.

n

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with Power Query and Power BI
n
- Experience using automation and AI to support continuous process improvement
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Robust systems capability with the ability to quickly learn new applications and adapt to changing technologies
n
- A proactive approach to improving processes, systems and efficiencies
n

n

Previous experience in a medium-sized corporate organisation would be highly regarded.
