We're looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Accounts & Operations Administrator to join our Accounts Team. This is a hands-on operational role that sits at the heart of the business - you'll work closely with our Accounts and Customer Service teams to keep our customer portals, timesheets, and compliance processes running smoothly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

n

- Entering and overseeing employee timesheets with a high level of accuracy
n
- Actively managing and updating customer portals, including job management, asset management, reporting, invoicing, and compliance documentation (including WHS-related records)
n
- Employee portal onboarding and management
n
- Working closely with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless customer outcomes
n
- Taking ownership of your workload and following through on tasks from start to finish
n
- Supporting the wider Accounts and Operations functions as needed
n

About you

- A track record of delivering outstanding customer service
n
- Someone who takes responsibility and accountability for getting the right outcome for customers
n
- A team player who genuinely enjoys working alongside others, while being confident managing your own individual responsibilities
n
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous – although full training will be provided
n
- Experience with WHS (Work Health & Safety) processes and compliance documentation
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Able to start work between 7:00am and 7:30am
n
