Job Description

Thrive365 is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join the Blacktown and Pendle Hill team in Australia. You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and community access for participants under the NDIS.

Applicants should have manual handling experience, a valid driver license, and the ability to work with individuals with high medical needs. Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent is required.
