Test & Tag Training is growing, and we are looking for a passionate Cert IV Trainer and Assessor (TAE40116 or TAE40122) to join our Queensland team in a contractor capacity. Whether you are early in your training career or highly experienced, we would love to hear from you.

Test and Tag Training comes under the EXELNetwork umbrella, and we help people train for new or existing career pathways. We are a small team which work together to service students Australia wide as well as our Kiwi counterparts – and we are doing seriously excellent work for our students who truly value what we do.

The Opportunity

As a Recognised Training Organisation, Test & Tag Training specialises in the development and delivery of training services to cater for the Testing & Tagging of Portable Electrical Appliances to Australian/New Zealand Standards 3760 & 3012. Our training courses are based on the UEERL0003 'Conduct in-service safety testing of electrical cord assemblies and cord-connected equipment'.

This is a flexible contractor opportunity with approximately two regular training days per week, plus additional days as customer demand requires.



Current delivery includes one day per week at Coopers Plains, two sessions per month on the Gold Coast, one session per month in Moreton Bay, and onsite training at customer premises across Queensland. Potential online delivery opportunities may also be available, so a willingness to travel is important.

What we're looking for:

· You hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122).

· You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with students.

· You can explain technical information clearly, practically and confidently to learners of varying abilities.

· You bring a qualified, reliable and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Electrical or Test & Tag experience would be a bonus, but it is not essential — we are looking for great trainers first and can teach you the technical side.
