Altitude is seeking a Change Analyst for a part time (flexible) contract in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive impact on a global ERP transformation leading change, readiness, and UAT coordination across diverse stakeholders and regions.
- Coordinate end-to-end change management activities across a complex ERP program
- Support business readiness including training coordination, impact assessments, and go-live preparation
- Act as Test Coordinator for UAT, including planning, execution tracking, defect coordination, and reporting
- Collaborate with project, technology, and business teams to ensure smooth deployment outcomes
- Engage and manage stakeholders across multiple countries, time zones, and project streams

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Change Coordinator or Change Analyst on medium to large ERP or similar enterprise technology programs
- Hands-on experience supporting business readiness activities, including training, impact assessments, readiness assessments, cutover support,



and go-live preparation
- Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, defect coordination, test execution tracking, and reporting
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR or similar), with practical, delivery-focused application
- Experience working on multi-country or multi-site projects, including coordinating stakeholders across different time zones
