What you will need

At least 1-2 years of Sushi & Sashimi experience in a fast-paced restaurant.

At least 1 year of Japanese hot food experience.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Permanent Resident visa, Partner visa, Citizen and NZ Citizen Only.

Working Hours.

45 hours per week, including weekends.

Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).

Weekday : AUD$90,000

Weekend :



Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.

Public Holiday : Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.

Experience

- a fast-paced restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
