About the role

ST. ALi is looking for a passionate Chef/Cook/CDP to join the flagship venue located in South Melbourne. This is a high-volume establishment where you will take ownership of the role and support a high performing team.

Key responsibilities

- Operate within a 7-day roster and maintain momentum within a seasonal venue
- Create recent dishes
- Support the high performing team
- Manage food costing and menu planning

About you

- Solid experience in similar high volume establishments
- Hold relevant qualifications
- Developed management skills
- High personal standards
- Great communication skills
- Business acumen
- Full Australian work rights
- Ideally have had some exposure to food costing and menu planning
- Needs to be available weekends

Remuneration

- Pay will be Full Time Hourly according to the Restaurant Industry Award
- Level 4 - Cook Grade 3 ($29.45 p.h)
- Includes Saturday ($36.81 p.h), Sunday ($44.18 p.h), Public Holiday ($66.26 p.h) and Overtime rates
- Accrues Annual Leave and Personal Leave
