Operations Supervisor - Night Shift | FMCG Manufacturer | South Sydney Join one of Australia's most recognised food manufacturing operations, producing snacking, international cereals, and plant-based foods. With nearly a century of operation and significant ongoing capital investment (circa $15M this year alone), this site is entering an exciting current chapter following a recent global acquisition - offering genuine long-term career pathways across an expanded international network. About the Role Reporting to the Shift Operations Manager, you'll lead a team of associates across either Processing or Packing, driving performance, safety and product quality on the line. This is a hands-on, people-first leadership role.



You'll spend your shift on the floor, coaching, mentoring and problem-solving in real time. The site is vertically structured across multiple levels, so a reasonable level of fitness and mobility is required. You'll join a tight-knit, tenured team with a genuine passion for the product and a strong food safety culture. Given a number of recent internal promotions, we're particularly keen to hear from candidates who can also support and mentor newer supervisors and managers coming through.

- Proven experience supervising or leading teams within a manufacturing or FMCG environment (food background preferred but not essential - beverage or other fast-paced production backgrounds also considered)
- Strong people leadership skills - coaching, engagement and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfort working within a unionised environment
- Willingness to undergo reference, police and medical checks as part of the process
