Job Description

Optus is seeking an Associate Director, Personalisation Delivery to lead planning, prioritisation and execution of the personalisation roadmap, coordinating business, data and technology teams to deliver customer data, decisioning, marketing automation and channel experience initiatives.

You will own the delivery roadmap, manage demand intake, align stakeholders, and drive governance to improve efficiency, predictability and business value across complex programs.
