Job Description

VACCA invites applications for a Senior Case Manager based in Preston, VIC. This permanent full-time role focuses on empowering Aboriginal families through culturally appropriate, trauma-informed engagement, information gathering, and collaborative planning to support self-determination.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in case management (desirable), and a commitment to VACCA's values, including cultural respect with Aboriginal communities and ongoing career development.
