Job Description

Life Without Barriers in Dubbo is seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist (Therapeutic Specialist) to coordinate and deliver high-quality assessment, consultative and referral services for Children & Young People with complex trauma and disability.

The role offers permanent full time employment with flexible hybrid arrangements, monthly home visits in Dubbo, mileage reimbursement, and supportive supervision to care teams.
