About the Role:

We're looking for a highly experienced, dynamic retail pharmacy assistant to join our team to

- Create strong rapport and trust with patients
n
- Deliver expert advice on over-the-counter products, health solutions, and wellbeing
n
- Handle merchandising, ticketing, catalogues, and ensure shelves look immaculate
n
- Support the team with invoice reconciliation, credits, and liaising with reps
n
- Collaborate with an exceptional dispensary team to deliver seamless service
n
- Available to work on weekends
n

Who You Are:

- Extensive experience in community pharmacy, with a proven track record in a high-volume or performance-driven environment
n
- Strong commercial expertise with the ability to actively drive sales, optimise margins, and identify growth opportunities
n
- Highly confident in customer engagement, professional selling, and building long-term patient relationships
n
- Demonstrated expertise in merchandising, promotional execution, and advanced stock management
n
- Exceptionally professional, self-driven, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership
n
- Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable operating with autonomy and responsibility
