About You

n

n
- Passionate about early childhood education and child development
n
- Confident, collaborative, and committed to delivering quality programs
n
- Experienced in implementing the National Quality Framework in early childhood settings
n
- For Room Leaders and Teachers: leadership skills to mentor, guide, and inspire teams
n

n

Essential Criteria

n

n
- Educators: Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
n
- Room Leaders: Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and a minimum 2 years experience in a Room Leading role
n
- Early Childhood Teachers: Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) with NESA registration
n
- Experience in an early childhood education role
n
- Strong knowledge of National Regulations, Law, and the NQF
n
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Food Hygiene, and Child Protection training
n
- Current valid working rights in Australia
n
