About the Role

As a CNC Machinist, you’ll play an important role in manufacturing high-quality precision components while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, accuracy, and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

- Program, set up, operate, and maintain Haas CNC milling and lathe machines




- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Select appropriate tooling and machining methods
- Produce components to tight tolerances and high-quality standards
- Inspect completed work to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Safely operate multiple machines while maintaining productivity
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

About You

You’re a skilled machinist who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys working in a quick-paced engineering environment.

What you’ll bring:

- Australian-recognised Trade Certificate (Cert III in Engineering or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience operating Haas CNC machines
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Sound understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on safety and teamwork
