We are a leading importer of hair & beauty products seeking a customer service officer to join our young and vibrant team.
n
This is a quick paced role where providing high quality customer service is the focus. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for processing orders, providing general information on products and resolving issues and complaints.
n
We are looking for someone with superior attention to detail, excellent communication skills and is a robust team player.
n
You will be highly organised, able to multi-task, focus on meeting deadlines and work well under pressure.
n
The successful candidate will be friendly, personable, enjoy working in a close team environment.
n
Duties to be undertaken will include but not restricted to:
n
n
- Taking inbound phone calls
n
- Receiving, confirming and processing orders
n
- Following up and tracking back orders
n
- Handling enquiries and complaints
n
- Arranging freight and delivery requirements for clients
n
- Liaising with other departments within the team
n
- Maintaining customer records
n
- Providing support to the Sales Reps
n
- General administrative tasks
n
n
Ideally you would need to have:
n
n
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
n
- Data entry and invoicing experience
n
- Basic computer knowledge
n
- Ability to take responsibility
n
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
n
- Time management skills
n
- Flexible Attitude
n
- Pleasant and friendly phone manner
n
n
Experience within a similar role along with data entry / invoicing skills is required.
n
