We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of Aged Care professionals, Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will provide strong clinical leadership to the team and oversee the delivery of care. You will play a key role in managing staff performance while supporting the development and retention of a high-quality workforce.
Using your extensive clinical expertise, you will drive best practice and ensure exceptional standards of care are consistently maintained.

- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- Current National Police Clearance and NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
