Join our established and values-led private practice to provide best-practice treatment for eating disorders and related difficulties. We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled psychologist or MHOT to join our friendly and knowledgeable multi-disciplinary team.

About Us The Swan Centre is a leading private practice known for providing evidence-based treatments for those with eating disorders and their families. We provide treatment to individuals and families across the life span, emphasising the importance of providing HAES-aligned, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming care.
About You
- AHPRA-registered Clinical Psychologist, Psychologist or MH Occupational Therapist – We prefer at least 2 years of clinical experience
- Experience (or strong interest)
in all eating disorders, including ARFID
- Willingness to work towards attaining the ANZAED Eating Disorder Credential
- Warm, reflective, and committed to evidence‑based practice, including use of a HAES-aligned, non-diet approach
- Confidence in working with complexity (e.g., medical risk, trauma, comorbidity), with strong clinical judgement and boundaries
- Enjoy working collaboratively within an interprofessional team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- You value being part of a team where admin support and clear clinical direction allow you to concentrate on meaningful therapeutic work
- You may be interested in providing clinical supervision within and external to our clinic
About the Role We are offering a part-time employee opportunity for a clinical psychologist, psychologist or MHOT (with a minimum commitment of 2 days/week). We are looking for someone who is compassionate and dedicated to working with clients and families across the life span.
