Temporary Opportunity | Adelaide | Community Nursing
We are working with one of Australia's largest community services providers as they continue to grow their community-based aged care services.
They are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with community nursing experience to join their Adelaide team on a temporary contract. This is a great prospect to join a large, established organisation at an exciting time of growth and change across the Support at Home sector.
The role
Working within the community, you will support clients to remain living safely and independently at home. You'll work closely with Care Partners and the broader care team to ensure clients receive high-quality, person-centred clinical support.
We are looking for someone with:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous community nursing experience
- Experience working with older people in their own homes
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- An understanding of Support at Home/community aged care
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Current driver's licence
This would suit an experienced community RN who enjoys the autonomy of working in the community but wants the backing and resources of a large national provider.
