Working closely with executive leadership team, you'll be involved in a broad range of business projects and operational initiatives. No two days are the same, with work spanning compliance, franchising, policies and procedures, legal administration, and business improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting franchise compliance and governance activities
- Managing trademark registrations and related administration
- Coordinating franchise documentation and agreements
- Assisting with franchise sales administration and transfers
- Managing insurance and licensing renewals
- Maintaining company registrations and corporate records
- Reviewing, updating, and creating policies, procedures, and business manuals
- Driving business improvement and special projects across the franchise network
- Supporting national and international development initiatives

- Has strong written communication skills
- Builds positive relationships across teams and stakeholders
- Is confident working independently and taking ownership of projects

- Experience in franchising, compliance or governance, project management, business operations, policy and procedure development, recruitment industry experience, or corporate administration would be highly regarded
