Kismet Konstructions is a Sydney building company specialising in residential and commercial alterations, additions, and bespoke, high-detail builds. We're looking for a qualified carpenter to join our team, working across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Greater Sydney.

We're a growing business and you'd be one of our first key hires, a real chance to help shape how we work and grow with us as we take on bigger projects.

About the role
n
n
- Carpentry across residential and commercial alterations, additions, and bespoke builds
n
- Framing, formwork, fit-outs, and high-detail finishing work
n
- Reading and interpreting plans and setting out on site
n
- Problem-solving on the job and finding practical solutions
n
- Maintaining a safe, tidy, and productive worksite
n
- Working closely with the team to deliver quality results on time
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Trade-qualified carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent)
n
- On-site experience in residential and/or commercial work
n
- A strong eye for detail and quality finishes
n
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
n
- White Card and current driver's licence
n
- Own transport
n
- A complete set of power tools and hand tools
n
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
n
- Right to work in Australia
n
