Officeworks Ltd in Victoria is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to provide timely advice on a broad range of ER matters, partnering with the People Business Partnering team and operational leaders.
You will independently manage a portfolio of low to moderate complexity ER cases, including performance, conduct, attendance and grievances, while applying policy consistently and delivering compliant outcomes.
