An exciting Casual/Part time opportunity exists for a Medical Receptionist to work with Uniradiology at our Southport Practice.

This position is Casual/Part-Time, 4-5 Days Per Week, with a view to permanent hours in the future.

n

We are looking for someone who is confident to work in a busy environment whilst maintaining an empathetic nature towards our valued patients.

n

Someone who has a friendly and professional telephone manner, ability to work under pressure. Have excellent organisational, administration and communication skills, be proficient with Word and Excel.

Duties will include:

- Booking of appointments
n
- Liaison with Professional Staff and Doctors
n
- Entering patient details into computerised system.
n
- Opening and Closing Procedures
n
- Radiology terminology would be beneficial and general understanding of Medicare codes would be necessary.
