Your responsibilities include:
n
Providing exceptional customer service and product solutions to customers
n
Ongoing merchandising of the store to ensure product availability for customers
n
Ensure stock is unpacked and maintaining stock reserve standards
n
General housekeeping duties to offer customers a positive store experience
n
Working cooperatively with other team members to enhance the customer experience
n
In conjunction with the Store Manager provide a secure working environment for the team and customers
n
Experience required:
n
High standards of customer service delivery
n
Previous retail experience favourable, we do provide on the job training
n
An electronics enthusiast - from tinkerer to hobbyist or just tech savvy
